PLATFORM FOR DELEGATION

MANAGEMENT
 This is a signing room used to manage the delegation of roles regarding security via a digital platform. The DPS platform was created to meet the need of companies operating in the construction field/industrial segments that have to manage a number of work sites/production facilities, and that require delegating security to a site manager by setting up the delegation act. The delegation of roles within an analog procedure may be difficult to retrieve and the process may also risk escaping the control of even the most watchful eye. 
eWitness therefore proposes a solution in “digital format” by developing a customized application, managed through a web portal and that integrates a third-party tool such as the signature engine.
The system is made in .NET technology installed on Windows server and Microsoft SQL Server.
The process also makes it possible to preserve the delegations produced according to the law. The eWitness preservation system, made with Java technology, is based on the MySQL database, and has a standard interface with which the customer’s system connects.
A page with the publication of delegations will be added to the customer’s website. It is actually an iFrame delivered by an eWitness server.

 


IT4LEX CREDIT RECOVERY PLATFORM

IT4Lex is a credit recovery platform mainly designed for lawyers.
The idea is to support the end client in the phases of verifying and managing the progress of his/her credit recovery file.
The following are associable with every work flow node:

  • a text, namely a set of information that the Client must provide;
  • a series of documents that have to be uploaded;
  • an expiration date of the action;
  • any subsequent actions with respect to a record.

The workflow  is not managed automatically, but is instead managed “manually” by the office operator (the lawyer following the procedure).
Our system requires the intervention of the notary in order to certify some accounting documents.


DIY – DOCUMENT SHARING PLATFORM – INTERACTION BETWEEN CLIENT AND PROFESSIONAL WORKERS

This is an integrated solution (designed for notaries’ offices) that allows notarial files to be managed by developing and/or sharing procedures through an online platform, which offers interaction between client and professional worker. The service also involves the creation of a digital archive (WEB-based platform, accessible with credentials that allow the “digital package” to be created and consulted).
Two supplementary services are offered to promote and monitor the available web services:
1) creation of a showcase website according to a standard of pre-defined contents (making of a website with personalized landing page, full of the notary’s contents with high added value)
2) additional consultancy service and SEO (Search Engine Optimization) services.
